EC Psychology and Psychiatry (ECPP) is an internationally peer-reviewed journal that publishes articles on various themes related to psychiatry and mental health. At this point, the journal has launched a Special Issue on “Assessment of Mental Health and Behavior Therapy for Being Psychologically Healthy”, with a desire that this issue release gives a good knowledge to the readers, building up a healthy society.

Vision of EC Psychology and Psychiatry Special Issue

Psychology is the study of mind and behavior. It is an academic discipline and an applied science which seeks to understand individuals and groups by establishing general principles and researching specific cases. Psychology plays an important role in our everyday lives as it is basically the study of who we are, why we are that way, and also what we can become. Psychology is important in many different ways, one example of why it is so important is, the research that has been done on many life threatening diseases. By using psychology, psychologists have studied diseases such as, Parkinson's disease, Alzheimer's disease, and many other neurological diseases. Today, we know a whole lot more about these diseases than we did in the past. Today, Scientists have even been able to produce medicines that may help victims of these diseases. Therefore, this special issue desires to serve the scientific community by exploring the ideas of the scientific researchers in all the aspects of mental health, psychology and psychiatry.
