María Robles Martínez. PhD in Psychiatry from the University of Cádiz. Graduated in Medicine from the University of Cantabria. Specialist in Psychiatry (University Hospital Puerta del Mar, Cádiz). Expert in Emergencies in Mental Health by the University of Alcalá. Master's Degree in Psychopathology from the University of León. Member of the Spanish Society of Psychiatry and the Spanish Society of Dual Pathology. At present, she works as an Assistant Psychiatrist in the Section of Addictions and Dual Pathology at the Psychiatry Service of Vall d'Hebron University Hospital (Barcelona) and as Psychiatrist responsible for the Dual Pathology group at the Catalan Center for Solidarity CECAS). She is a professor of clinical seminars for 4th and 5th year students of medicine at the Universidad Autónoma de Barcelona. She is the author / co-author of several chapters of books and articles indexed in scientific journals. She is co-author of the book "Alcohol dependence: an integral vision". She has participated as a speaker in several national congresses and as an author of posters and oral communications in both national and international congresses.
Dra. Robles is interested in evidence-based practice and systematic review. She also is keen on participatory research, especially action research in the mental health care, above all in the dual disorders, addiction disorders and dream disorders. She has developed research to the treatment of addictions and mental health disorders.
