Prof. Rodolfo A. Fiorini is graduated in Bioengineering at the Politecnico di Milano University, IT (1975), Ph.D. in Energetics (1984) at the Politecnico di Milano University, IT, and U.S.DOL Ph.D. in Bioengineering, U.S.A. (1989). Since 1981, at Politecnico di Milano, IT, his teaching activities include the use of intercultural transdisciplinary approaches to help the creation of reality levels where engineering and life sciences can synergically interact to promote scientific discovery and the development of vital biomedical relationship through continuous education and research.
According to new biomedical cybernetics principles, as from International journals and conference proceedings, he is deeply investing in human resources and companies to test innovating models and to support the shift that is coming. Currently he is a tenured Professor at Department of Electronics, Information and Bioengineering (DEIB), Politecnico di Milano, IT, and Head of the Research Group on Computational Information Conservation Theory (CICT), where he is responsible for the main course on Wellbeing Technology Assessment.
