Dr.Shailaja Sankireddy, MDS, currently is working as professor in Dept of in Oral Medicine and Radiology, Faculty of Dental Sciences, SGT University, Gurgaon, Haryana, India. Previously she worked as senior lecturer in Panineeya dental college, Hyderabad. She finished her BDS from Govt Dental College & Hospital, Hyderabad, in 2002 and MDS in Oral Medicine and Radiology in2007 from same institution. Since then she has published various research papers in national and international journals to her credit. She has reviewed various articles and serving as editorial member of international journal of maxillofacial imaging. She has guided various research projects of MDS students. She has attended various national and international conferences, CDEs, workshops and presented papers like “CT & MR imaging characteristics of sarcomas of jaws” at 11th Asian congress of oral and maxillofacial radiology, Chiang mai, Thailand on Nov 10-12, 2016.And going to present Imaging characteristics of maxillofacial lesions- A CT & MRI study at 21 st International association of Dentomaxillofacial radiology to be held at April 26-29 th at Taiwan (Chinese Taipei). She has also chaired sessions and organized CDEs. She has also awarded Third prize for essay competition on topic PROBLEMS AND CHALLENGES FOR ORAL MEDICINE FACULTY at 27th national IAOMR conference at Hyderabad. She is a life member of IDA, IAOMR, AAOMFR and IADMFR.
