Dr.Weam S. Al-Hamadany is an academic teacher works in the College of Science and lives in Al- Muthanna Governorate-Iraq, she is an assistant professor with PhD degree in Science, graduated from Microbiology department/ College of Science/ Baghdad University since 2011. She got the B.Sc.; 1997; in Biology and M.Sc.; 2001; in Microbiology from the College of Science /Al-Mustansyria University. Worked as a research team leader in the Dept. of Biology in Ibn Al- Betar researches center; SDI /Ministry of Industry and Minerals/Iraq (2002-2005). Assistant Instructor in Immunology Section/ Dept. of Microbiology/ College of Veterinary Medicine /Baghdad University since 2006 and became Instructor in 2011. She moved to work in Al-Muthanna University; became a Dean Assistance for scientific affairs in the college of Veterinary Medicine/ Al-Muthanna University 2013-2014. Then a Dean Assistance for scientific affairs in the college of Pharmacy /Al-Muthanna University 2014-2015. In the year 2015 she became an Assistant Professor and nowadays she is the chairman of Environment and Pollution Department/ Science College /Al-Muthanna University. She teaches many courses related to microbiology science for undergraduate students of Medicine, Pharmacy, Veterinary and Science colleges. Postgraduate students also as lecturer and supervisor. Participated in many examination committees for M.Sc. conversation oral examination. Published more than ten articles and delivered many seminars and scientific lectures. Passed many training courses mentioning "Global Biorisk Management Curriculum Course (GBRMC)" Organized by Sandia International Laboratories. USA. May (2015). Nominated and awarded as the best teacher in veterinary college in 2012. She is a reviewer in many scientific journals and a member in the editorial board of the academic Journal of Science College /Al-Muthanna University and she is waiting for the registration procedures to be completed to get a scientific patent.
