He is an associate professor of infectious diseases with 16 years of experience and specific training in molecular and laboratory diagnosis, DNA sequencing interpretation and experimental design, bacteriology, Virology, parasitiology and data and statistical analysis. He started his career as a research student in the faculty of Veterinary Medicine at Suez Canal University, Ismailia, Egypt and has got a PhD in microbiology. He continued his research working at University of Suez Canal, Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, and He worked on molecular epidemiology of bacteria, viruses and protozoa. He published more than 22 articles in scientific journals with high impact factors. During His research period, he became very interested in more advances molecular base genotype and phenotype characterizations of bacteria, viruses and parasites. He have Scientific participation in international publication as an editor and reviewer for many journals.
The research interests including molecular biology, bioinformatics, epidemiology, prevention, control, and the diagnosis by using traditional most advanced techniques of variety of infectious diseases.
