Kyungsoo Ha received Ph.D from Georgia Health Sciences University, and his research initially focused on the development of better combinations of drugs for leukemia and cancers in the use of clinical treatments. Since he worked on the drug screening and drug discovery in primary leukemia and other solid tumors, my studies have provided me with a strong and comprehensive background in not only basic research, but also clinical based translational research. In order to further enhance research experience repertoire, He expanded his research focus to Clinical Genetics at Washington University. His research in the field of genetics focused on the identification of the novel mutations in the patients with developmental delay as well as the evaluation of the effects of genetic mutations identified. Now he continue research on the genetic screening of target gene mutations in patient samples and the functional analysis of novel target proteins in genetic diseases. Because of his broad research background and techniques, He have been collaborating with many other groups working in different fields of researches such as structural biology, genetics, cell biology and immunology. These works were published and presented in the leading scientific journals and conferences in the fields of genetics and biomedical sciences.
His Research interests include Gynecologic oncology, Clinical Genetics, Genetic disorders
