Biography

Ebru Basaran has started her academic carrer as an Research Assistant at Anadolu University Faculty of Pharmacy Department of Pharmaceutical Technology at 1999 and hhe has been working at the same department as an Assit. Prof. Dr. since 2007. Ebru Basaran has completed her M.Sc. thesis entitled “Formulation and In Vitro evaluation of Titanium Dioxide Solid Lipid Nanoparticles” 2003 and Ph.D. thesis “Ocular Application of Cyclosporine A Using Solid Lipid Nanoparticles” at 2007. She was awarded by DAAD Scholarship and had studied at the Berlin Free University Faculty of Pharmacy Department of Pharmaceutical Technology under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Rainer Müller. Her PhD. Study was awarded by NAGAI Foundation-Tokyo as an “Best Research Topic” at 2008. She has attended over 15 international meetings as an oral presenter and also she has many academic publications about the “Ocular applications of nano-microparticle drug delivery systems”.

Ocular drug delivery systems, ocular application, ocular bioavailability nanoparticles, particulate drug delivery systems.
