Helmi BEN SAAD is a professor of physiology. He works in the laboratory of Physiology (Faculty of Medicine of Sousse. University of Sousse. Sousse, Tunisia) and in the department of Physiology and Functional Exploration (Farhat HACHED University Hospital of Sousse, Tunisia). He is a member of the Research Laboratory N° LR14ES05: interactions of the cardiopulmonary system (Faculty of Medicine of Sousse. University of Sousse. Tunisia). He is a Medical Doctor (Faculty of Medicine “Ibn El Jazzar” of Sousse, Tunisia) and a Philisophy Doctor (Universities of Montpellier I (France) and Monastir (Tunisia)). He obtained the European Spirometry Driving Licence Part 1 (theory only) and Part 2 (knowledge and competence in practice). He is an autor of several papers.
Helmi Ben Saad is interested in Lung function tests (spirometry, plethysmography, ….), exercise tests, pulmonary rehabilitation and healths effects of smoking narghile.
