Associate Professor Supatporn Tepmongkol, M.D. (Thailand) is a Nuclear Medicine physician specialized in Nuclear Neurology. She is currently an instructor and researcher at the Division of Nuclear Medicine, Department of Radiology, Faculty of Medicine, Chulalongkorn University. She was graduated from Chulalongkorn Univeristy in 1994 and continued her Nuclear Medicine Board training until 1997, then received certificates in Nuclear Medicine from Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, USA and brain SPECT&PET from KU Leuven, Belgium in 1998 and 2002. Brain imaging and radionuclide therapy are her main research interests. The majority of her publications are in brain imaging in epilepsy and thyroid cancer treatment. She is also currently doing research in dementia. Other than being a researcher and instructor, she also joined the administrative team. She has been working for Research Affairs, Faculty of Medicine for more than 1 year as an Assistant Dean for Research Affairs, Faculty of Medicine, Chulalongkorn University.
Dr. Supatporn Tepmongkol's research interests are mainly in Nuclear Medicine neuroimaging (SPECT & PET) in epilepsy, dementia and movement disorders.
