Dr. Muhammad Bilal Sadiq is currently working as course instructor (Bioprocess Technology, Food Analysis and Quality Assurance, Food Nutrition and wellness, Biopractica) in the department of Food Agriculture and Bio-resources at Asian Institute of Technology, Bangkok Thailand. He obtained his Master (2013) and PhD (2016) in Food and Biotechnology at Asian Institute of Technology. He completed his bachelor (2009) in pharmacy (Pharm D) from University College of Pharmacy, Punjab University, Lahore, Pakistan. He has been actively involved in research and teaching undergraduate courses at Asian Institute of Technology. He has published various research articles in internationally reputed journals. He has been working on antibacterial resistance and natural alternative to treat multidrug resistant bugs. He has done lab works in Mahidol Oxford Research Centre for plant secondary metabolite analysis and antimalarial screening of natural products.
