Luca Cerniglia, PhD and Psychologist, is currently Assistant Professor of Dynamic Psychology at the Faculty of Psychology, International Telematic University UNINETTUNO. He got his PhD with a research addressing Loss and Trauma as a pathogenetic variable fostering poor quality of in mothers-infants interactions. He has been a research fellow at Sapienza, University of Rome in the field of women depression and maternal and paternal postpartum depression. He has a Master degree in Psycho-sociology of Migrations.
eating and feeding disorders, addiction, traumatic experiences in adults, adolescents and children, transgenerational transmission of psychopathological risk, empathic and helping behaviors and reasoning, emotional-behavioral functioning in children and adolescents in clinical and healthy samples. Besides the research activity, he also has a long experience in clinical contexts, such as pediatric hospitals and mental health services, where he has been working with children and families for more than a decade as a psychologist. He is an author of several international papers on the above topics and he is a member of several Editorial Boards of peer-reviewed journals in the field.
