He is a young research professional in the field of structural biology. He had his undergraduate and graduation degree in field of biotechnology. Currently He is associated with working in the field of microbial mechanisms of enteropathogenic bacteria using specialized technique like protein crystallography. He also had experience in molecular cloning, microbial protein production, Surface plasmon resonance, CD, and fluorescence and enzyme kinetics. In his Ph.D tenure he was assigned to investigate the mechanism and the role of pivotal enzymes like ATPase the putative energizer of Type three secretion system (T3SS) and Phosphopantethiene adenylyltransferase the catalytic protein controlling CoA biosynthesis in closely related enteropathogenic organisms viz Yersinia enterocolitica and Pseudomonas aeruginosa respectively.
His current research interest is in the field of biological mechanisms using protein crystallography methods and synthetic biology approaches.
