Dr. Qinghua Zhang is a highly-experienced Principal Research Scientist with particular expertise in the field of environmental microbiology, bioremediation, microbial ecology, microbial dynamic changes, microbial interaction, microbial degradation and biofuel production. He is knowledgeable in microbial screening/culture improvement; microbial degradation of agricultural wastes and fermentation research for biofuels, and enzymes; Dr. Qinghua Zhang received his B.S in Bioengineering and M.S degree in Fermentation. He received his Ph.D in Fermentation (Biodegradation and Bioconversion) from Jiangnan University, China. Currently, he acts as an Associate Professor at school of Bioscience and Bioengineering, Jiangxi Agricultural University, China. Dr Qinghua Zhang is recently involved in the bioremediation project for removing recalcitrant hydrocarbons and man-made environmental pollutants form soil by utilizing effective microbial consortium in Jiangxi Agricultural University, China. He also conducts researches related to the bioconversion of agricultural lignocellulosic wastes and biogas production after pretreated with microbial consortium. All his work has been published in peer-reviewed national and international journals.
