Biography

Dr. Jocelyn Y. Cheng, MD is an Assistant Professor at the NYU Comprehensive Epilepsy Center in the Department of Neurology at NYU School of Medicine. She is Co-director of Clinical Trials at the NYU Comprehensive Epilepsy Center, and is a member of the Epilepsy Study Consortium and North American SUDEP (sudden unexpected death in epilepsy) Registry. She received her medical degree from Sidney Kimmel Medical College at Thomas Jefferson University and completed fellowships in Clinical Neurophysiology and Sleep Medicine at the University of Miami. She was previously an Assistant Professor in the Department of Neurology at Drexel University College of Medicine.


Research Interest

Dr. Jocelyn Y. Cheng's research interests involve outcomes in people with epilepsy, including SUDEP and drug therapies, and the interaction between epilepsy and sleep.
