Biography

Xiao-Ke Wang, male, MD., PhD. Associate Professor of the 2nd hospital of Jilin University. He was undergraduated in 2003 and graduated in 2006 from Jilin University, working in the neurosurgery department of the 2nd hospital of Jilin University since 2006. From 2011 to 2012, He was the visiting scholar in Karolinska Institute of Sweden and got the PhD of Jilin University in 2012. He was elected in the excellent young teacher trainning program in Jilin University in 2015. He participated in the Beijing Sanbo Microneurosurgical Hands On Training in 2014. He attended the Beijing Sanbo Skull Base Anatomy and the Neurosurgical Approach Technical Training in 2016. He is focusing on the clinical therapy and scientific research of the intracranial tumors, the neoplasms of spinal cords and the cerebral aneurysms. He is engaged in teaching the foreign students and undergraduated students of Jilin University since 2006, and published over 20 articles, more than10 articles indexed by SCI. He serves as the Committee member and the Vice Secretary-General of International cooperation and exchange group, China International Exchange and Promotive Association for Medical and Health Care (CPAM). He is an Editorial Board member for EC Neurology journal. So far, he has led 5 scientific projects.


Research Interest

Recently, his research interests lie in the Guillain-Barre Syndrome and critical illness polyneuropathy and myopathy as well as Systemic Lupus Erythematosus, particularly the autoimmune diseases in the central nervous system.
