Dr Fadi Titinchi qualified from University of the Western Cape in Cape Town, South Africa with BChD degree (summa cum laude) and received the Deans merit award for most outstanding Dentist in his year as well as two South African Dental Association Bronze medals. Following his Dental training, he went on to do his Postgraduate Diploma in Oral Surgery (cum laude) and recently completed his Masterís degree (cum Laude) at the Department of Maxillofacial and Oral Surgery, University of the Western Cape. He received numerous awards for his research including the prestigious International Association for Dental Research-Colgate prize where he presented his research at the International session of the IADR in Iguazu Falls, Brazil. Dr Titinchi has 13 publications in peer-reviewed international journals and has presented his work in national and international conferences in Brazil, USA, South Korea and South Africa. He is currently appointed as Lecturer and clinical supervisor at the Department of Diagnostics and Radiology, University of the Western Cape.
