Dr. Sarah Qadeer graduated from Sardar Patel Institute of Dental and Medical Sciences (SPIDMS) in Lucknow, India, with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) and went on to pursue a Master of Science in Dentistry (MSD) in Advanced Prosthodontics at Korea University Guro Hospital, Seoul, South Korea.
It was in Korea that she learnt about T-Scan Occlusal Analysis Technology, which triggered such an interest in her that it became the subject for her masterís thesis. Following the masterís program, she worked as a research fellow at KyungHee University Dental Hospital, successfully publishing research articles and lecturing on the fascinating art and science of Digital Occlusal Analysis both within Korea and beyond.
Dr. Qadeer currently works as an international lecturer and researcher at Thammasat University Faculty of Dentistry in Thailand. She is the coordinator for the International Training Centre for Advanced Dentistry (TU ICAD) where she organises training programs on T-Scan Occlusal Analysis, JVA, EMG Biometrics, Minimal Invasive Cosmetic Dentistry, Temporomandibular Disorders and Sleep Medicine. These mini-residency training courses are designed for dental practitioners in Asia, who would like to gain an objective insight to their patientís occlusion, and to develop a comprehensive understanding of the stomatognathic system using digital technology for better treatment outcome.
She is also an International Speaker for T-Scan Technology, Tekscan Inc. Boston, since 2012 and BioResearch Inc. Milwaukee since 2013 conducting lectures and workshops on Occlusal Analysis and Biometrics in Asia-Pacific region, Middle East and Europe.
Her most recent contribution is a series of five comprehensive articles on ĎDigital Occlusion A-Zí for an online dental journal circulated from Jordan as well as a chapter in the latest book on Digital Occlusion titled: Computerized Occlusal Analysis Technology Applications in Dental Medicine besides various other research publications.
