Ana Poblacion holds a BA in Nutrition from the Pontifical Catholic University of Campinas - PUCCAMP (1997). She is an specialist in Health, Nutrition and Infant Food by the Federal University of São Paulo (1999). Holds a Master of Science by the Program in Nutrition (2002) and PhD by the Program in Pediatrics and Applied Sciences to Pediatrics, both Programs from the Federal University of São Paulo (2016). Nowadays, she is a Post-Doc Fellow at Boston University (2016-present). In the past she was the supervisor nutritionist of the Specialization in Health, Nutrition and Infant Food and of the Appetite Disorders Ambulatory in the Nutrology Unit/Department of Pediatrics - UNIFESP (1999-2002). She was an Assistant Professor in the Nutrition Faculty and a Coordinator of the Specialization Course in Maternal and Child Nutrition at the Pontifical Catholic University of Paraná - PUC-PR (2002-2010). She was an Assistant Professor in the discipline of Epidemiology in Health of the Post-Graduate Program in Pediatrics and Applied Sciences to Pediatrics - Department of Pediatrics / UNIFESP (2012-2014). She is the Coordinator of the Healthy Lifestyle Portal (www.saude.br)/Interdepartmental Nucleus of Food and Nutrition Security (NISAN / UNIFESP).
