Dr. Kleidson Lobato is a Food Engineer, with MSc. in Food Science and Technology, PhD. in Food Science (in progress at Unicamp). Dr. Kleidson Lobato is having experience in R&D, production management, extraction, encapsulation of bioactive compounds, food analysis by Near- and Mid-infrared and Chemometrics.
