Biography

Dr. Chiara Mastropasqua, Phd. graduated with a BSc in Human Biology and a Master Degree in Neuroscience (HONS), in 2014 she completed a PhD in Neuroimaging with the thesis “In vivo characterization of cerebral networks with functional and structural magnetic resonance techniques.” From 2010 she worked in the Neuroimaging and Neurophysiopathology Laboratories in IRCCS Santa Lucia in Rome. She was involved in several clinical activities and research projects, having the opportunity to combine different methodologies towards the comprehension of the organization of brain networks and neuroplasticity mechanisms in physiological and pathological conditions. During her Phd, she spent 6 months in Brighton and Sussex Medical School and she participated to several international conferences.From 2013 to 2015 she had a Tutoring role at Uninettuno University for the “Human Behaviuoral Psycho-Biology” class. After a brief experience as Clinical Research Assistant, she moved to Australian and she is now working at Institute of Functional Neuroscience in Sydney.
