Dr. Abhay K. Pandey, a Plant Pathologist, did his Ph.D. in Botany-Plant Pathology from Kumaun University Nainital, Uttarakhand India in 2012. He has qualified the National Eligibility Test conducted by ICAR/ARS-UGC New Delhi two times in discipline of Plant Pathology in 2014 and awarded Prof. O.P. Mall Gold Medal in Mycology and Plant Pathology Section by the Indian Botanical Society in 2012. He has worked in the project reviewing IPM packages of different crops developed by National Institute of Plant Health Management, Hyderabad and DPPQ & S, Ministry of Agriculture, Government of India and currently working in National Plant Quarantine Station, DPPQ & S, Ministry of Agriculture, Government of India, Rangpuri, New Delhi. He has published more than 30 research papers in several National and International Journals. He is the member of several National and International academic societies including Society of Chemical Industry, ACS, IPS, IBS, ISCA etc. He is the potential reviewer of several National and International Journals including, Journal of Pest Science (Springer), Proceeding of the National Academy of Science (Biological Science) INDIA (Springer), Pharmaceutical Biology (Taylor & Francis), Journal of Chemical Technology and Biotechnology (Wiley), Journal of the Science of Food and Agriculture (Wiley), Journal of Ole Science (Japan), Journal of Essential Oil Bearing Plants (Taylor & Francis), Indian Journal of Experimental Biology (CSIR-NISCAIR) etc. He is an Editorial member of American Journal of Agricultural Science, Global Journal of Botanical Sciences.
