Dr. Amrit P.S. Bhangoo is an Attending Physician in the Division of Pediatric Endocrinology at Children’s Hospital of Orange County in Orange, California.

Dr. Bhangoo earned his medical degree from Guru Govind Singh Medical College in Faridkot, India. He completed an internship from General Hospital in Chandigarh, India. He completed his fellowship in pediatric endocrinology in the Division of Pediatric Endocrinologyand a residency in pediatrics at Infants and Children’s Hospital of Brooklyn at Maimonides, State University of New York, in Brooklyn. He is board certified in pediatrics and pediatric endocrinology.

Dr. Bhangoo is senior editor of Endocrinology and of Diabetes & Metabolism Case Reports, served as an editor for Journal of Pediatric Endocrinology, Journal of Pediatric Endocrinology; and a guest editor of Pediatric Endocrinology Reviews. He is a reviewer for several journals, including the Journal of Clinical Endocrinology & Metabolism, Clinical Endocrinology, the European Journal of Endocrinology, and Pediatrics. He also serves as a grant reviewer for the French National Research Agency. He has published more than 30 journal articles and 3 book chapters and has coauthored 76 abstracts. He has lectured both nationally and internationally.
