Dr. Shihua Wang has received his PhD in Institute of Hydrobiology, Chinese Academy of Sciences during the period of 2001-2004. Currently, he is working as professor in Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University. His research field is microbiological toxins. Based on this research and fellowship training he has received several awards and honors, such as “New Century Excellent Talents in University of China”. He is serving as an editorial member of several reputed journals like “Frontiers in Food Microbiology”. Now he is the Associate Dean of Graduate School, Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University. He has authored 26 research articles and 2 books. He is the Vice-director of Fujian Society of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology of China, and a member of committee for analytical microbiology, and agricultural microbiology of the Chinese Society for Microbiology.
