Dr. Stephen Tarnoczy has been well respected with 30 years’ experience overall in both Respiratory Care and Sleep Disorders medicine. He has had the privilege to serve both of those fields in the clinical, management, and didactic educational arenas. His educational opportunities have allowed him to teach as an Associate Professor at the University level for more than 10 years as well as a Director of Clinical Education and Program Director for a private college in RC. He’s created curriculum and managed a sleep school in NJ as Program Director. He is credentialed by both the BRPT and NBRC in his respective fields of study. He has several articles published in journals on both as well as contributing as an editor/author to a text book on Sleep Disorders. He has been an invited speaker to many of the AAST annual and seasonal meetings. He is a member of both the AARC and AAST. He’s served on the National Program Committee as both member and chair of the AAST as well as a term as a Director at Large on their Advisory Board. His career has been recognized throughout the years with awards received at both the clinical and managerial levels. He’s served on Advisory Boards for local community colleges in NJ as well as HOSA in NV. He was selected to represent the AAST at HPN meetings. He is an Instructor/Facility staff for the American Heart Association in Nevada. He’s also previously served as an editor for a Sleep publication.
