Dr. Tanjore, Harikrishna, PhD is Research Assistant Professor of Allergy, Pulmonary, and Critical Care Medicine at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. Dr. Tanjore Harikrishna received his Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree from Kasturba Medical College, Karnataka, India in 1997 and his Ph.D from University of Hyderabad, India in 2004. He did his postdoctoral studies at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, Harvard University. He is currently evaluating the role of Hypoxia, HIF signaling, ER stress and cellular metabolism in experimental induced lung fibrosis.
