Dr. Mahmoud Ellithy graduated from college of medicine, Ain Shams University, Cairo, Egypt 1998. He spent internship in Ain Shams University Educational Hospitals from December 1998 till December 1999. He was employed as a clinical oncology resident from December 1999 till December 2002. He got his master degree in November 2002. He got the doctorate degree from Ain Shams University School of Oncology and was assigned as a lecturer of Clinical Oncology in November 2006. From February 2008 till February 2009 he was employed as the head of Clinical Oncology Department in Saudi German Hospital in the Gulf area. From November 2011 he was employed as a senior consultant of Clinical Oncology in the International Medical Center in Egypt (The biggest tertiary care hospital in Egypt implemented by collaboration between the American Armed Forces and the Egyptian Armed Forces in 2005). Currently he is an associate professor of Clinical Oncology in Ain Shams University and senior consultant of Clinical Oncology in the International Medical Center in Egypt. He is ESMO member and he has many national and international full text publications in oncology. He has many abstracts in ESMO, abstracts and oral presentation EANO. He is the organizer of the first and second Ain Shams University Clinical Oncology Conference in 2014 and 2015 (ASUCOC) which is an ASCO accredited conference. He is the official representative of International Medical Affairs office of the faculty of Medicine Ain Shams University for collaboration between the Clinical Oncology Department and many oncology centers all over the world. He is the founder of Cure and More Research group which is an independent Egyptian research group aiming for harmonization of oncology research all over Egypt.
