Waleed Rizk El-Ghareeb El-Said is an Associate Prof of Food Hygiene (Meat Hygiene and Meat Technology), College of Veterinary Medicine and Animal resources, KFU, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. He did his Master of veterinary Medicine (M.V.Sc.) from Zagazig University (2003)-Zagazig, Egypt. He completed his Doctor of philosophy in Veterinary Medical Sciences (Meat Hygiene& Technology) from Zagazig University (Egypt) with cooperation of Institutfür Fleisch hygiene, Fleisch technologie und Lebensmittelwissenschaften, Veterinär medizinische Universität Wien. Vienna Vet. Med. University (Austria). The title of his phD thesis is “Sanitary Status of Some Game Birds”. He is a Member of Saudi Biological Society, Saudi Society for Life Sciences. His also has several publications.
