Dr. Luis Moreno Sánchez is the Chief of Radiation Oncology Center at National Cancer Institute Rosa Emilia Sanchez Perez de Tavares (INCART) in Santo Domingo, DominicanRepublic. He had Chief of the Radiation Oncology Service in Abreu Clinic - CDD Radiotherapy. Currently he is an external advisory and assistant professor of the only one Radiation Oncology Program Residence in Dominican Republic. Recently he was positioned as Chief of Radiosurgery Unit at Cancer Center in Santiago Metropolitan Hospital. He completed his residency training in Radiation Oncology and Nuclear Medicine at Caracas Universitary Hospital in the Venezuelan Central University. He then completed his Advances Radiation Oncology Techniques fellowship at the Caracas Clinics Hospital and Caracas Universitary Hospital.
