Giustino Varrassi is a senior researcher on pain medicine, President of the Paolo Procacci Foundation and of the European League against Pain. Professor of Anesthesiology, Intensive Care and Pain Medicine, at the University of L’Aquila (1985-2012). Author of 46 chapters of books on Obstetric Anaesthesia and Pain Medicine. Editor of 31 books, and congress proceedings, including a textbook on Obstetric Anaesthesia.
