Gül Biringen Löker is an experienced senior researcher of TUBİTAK MRC, FI-Turkey. She is studying on; data production, management and use for food composition, food fortification, analytical method set up-validation, traditional foods, food-nutrition related clinical researches, and dairy technology since 1993. She is the leader of nutrition group. As the project coordinator, she has carried out many national and international R&D projects. She has various conference and symposium presentations, publications and project success rewards. She is the project coordinator of Turkish food composition database "TürKomp" project (www.turkomp.gov.tr).
