Dr. Moataz F. El-Gezawi is a professor of restorative dentistry at the University of Dammam, Saudi Arabia and Cairo University, Egypt. He has participated as a course director of restorative dentistry and comprehensive dentistry courses at the University of Dammam, Saudi Arabia. He has been invited as a speaker in the graduate program of restorative dentistry at the college of dentistry, University of Munich, Germany. He has attained his Bachelor degree (BDS) in 1987, his Masterís degree (MDSc) in 1992 and his Doctorate degree (DDSc) in 1997 from Cairo University, Egypt which is the leading governmental university in Egypt. He has participated in undergraduate and post graduate education in restorative dentistry, dental materials, cariology, occlusion and endodontics at the university of Dammam as well as research supervision for Masterís degree thesis at Cairo University. He has worked as a consultant of cosmetic and restorative dentistry in different hospitals and centers in Egypt and Saudi Arabia.
