Prof. Dr. Anas Sarwar Qureshi has 28 years of Teaching, Research and Administration experience. He obtained his DVM and MSc (Hons) in Anatomy from University of Agriculture, Faisalabad and joined as Lecturer in the same university. He completed PhD in 1995 from Hannover Veterinary University, Germany as DAAD Fellow where he worked on the cellular immune function and hormones in reproductive tract. Later on, he was awarded a two-year Post-Doc (1998-2000) by the AvH Germany to work on immunomodulation through organ preparations at the Institute of Anatomy, Physiology and Hygiene, Bonn University, Germany. In 2003, he was invited as visiting scientist by Humboldt University of Berlin, Germany. He has supervised four PhD and over 30 postgraduate candidates. Besides, coordinating an EU-Asia-Link project, he has won grants from PARC, HEC, Pakistan Science Foundation, and Humboldt Foundation Germany. His contributions have resulted in more than 160 publications in repute journals and proceedings, 4 books and several chapters in international books. He has represented his university in more than 20 countries and at various National forums in various capacities. He is Editor-in-Chief, American-Eurasian Journal of Scientific Research (AEJSR). He was bestowed Star Laureate Award in the recognition of his outstanding performance in his field. Currently, he is Chairman and tenure track Professor, Department of Anatomy, University of Agriculture, Faisalabad, Pakistan.
