Dr. Ravindra K Kotak is a Research scientist (Designation: Associate manager) at Zydus Lifesciences Limited, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. He obtained a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry at Saurashtra University, Rajkot, India, and a Master of Science in Applied Chemistry at the Faculty of Science and Technology at The Maharaja Sayajirao University, Vadodara, India. He also achieved Degree of MBA in operations management from Indira Gandhi National Open University, India. He earned a Ph.D. in Chemistry from Kadi Sarva Vishwavidyalaya, KSV University, Gandhinagar, India. He has been awarded two Gold medals for getting University's first rank in M.Sc in 2006. he is a patron member of the Association of chemical technologists (ACTI), India.

Dr. Ravindra K Kotak is interested in fields of research are analytical chemistry of different formulations including Pulmonary, Injectables, Transdermals, Solid orals, etc. His present research focuses on pulmonology and respiratory medicine (Development and Validation of pulmonary formulations for treating human chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases.)
