Dr. Eman Abdelalim Etway Ph.D. currently works as an assistant professor in the nursing administration department, faculty of nursing, Cairo University, and as a Coordinator of the scientific research committee and evaluator member in graduation project, on the faculty of nursing, Cairo university. International trainer in human resource development Her expertise is teaching undergraduate didactic and post-graduate students, and condensed program, nursing administration, staff development, human rights, ethical and legal issues in nursing, nursing informatics, marketing science, decision making, economic health science, risk management, human resources, principles of management, adult health and illness. Her research have been published in the International Journal of America Science, International Journal of Nursing and Health Science, Egyptian Journal of Health Care, SOJ Nursing & Health Care, Medical Journal of Cairo University, International Journal of Nursing Didactics, IOSR Journal of Nursing and Health Science, International Journal of Health Sciences and the Malaysian Journal of Nursing. She has been a guest speaker at local, regional, and international conferences and symposiums.
