Dr. Hakan Erduran graduated from the Ph.D. program in Animal Sciences, Faculty of Agricultural, Selcuk University, Türkiye. He started his career in 1995 as Veterinary Technician. He is a Graduate of Zootechnical Engineer from Selcuk University 2006. From 2006 until the present, he is worked at Bahri Dağdaş International Agricultural Research Institute. His fields of study are animal science, reproduction, breeding, crossbreeding, sustainability, rural conditions, milk production, Physico-chemical components of milk, and ecosystem.

Dr. Hakan Erduran's research interests are Production systems, growth, feeding, carcass characteristics, birth time, physiological adaptation, foremilk, hindmilk, changes in milk composition (fat, protein, lactose, total solids, density, electrical conductivity, energy contents, pH and freezing point), somatic cell count and dairy product quality in native, exotic and cross-bred goats under breeder.
