Prof. Dr. Abdel Moneim Elhadi Sulieman is a Professor in the Department of Biology at the University of Hail, Hail, Saudi Arabia. He obtained a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Sciences at Gezira University, Sudan, and a Master of Science and Ph.D. in Food Science and Technology and pursued a postdoctoral fellowship at the University of Kobe, Japan. He is an expert in Food Science and Technology, his main concern is food microbiology. Prof. Sulieman has authored a large number of articles in reputed journals and has been participated in different international conferences. He published many references and textbooks in the area of food science and microbiology. He participated in various national and international conferences. He is a member of many national and international academic societies.
Prof. Abdel Moneim Sulieman is interested in fields of research of Functional foods, Food Microbiology, Medicinal plants, biodiversity, food technology, Production and application of microbial industrial and medicinal enzymes. His present research focuses on searching for bioactive compounds to use as alternatives treatment for human chronic diseases, as well as biological treatments and recycling of agriculture and industrials wastes for the production of useful products.
