Dr. Ana Paula Monteiro Ph.D. in Social Psychology from the University of Santiago de Compostela. Assistant Professor at Department of Education and Psychology at the University of Trás-os-Montes. Their research areas are conflict management, negotiation, and mediation in different contexts, internet addiction, cyber dating abuse, mobbing, bullying, and cyberbullying. Co-author of the books “Conflict Management at School”, “Conflict Management in the Family” and “Group Processes: A Manual for Students and Professionals”. She has several papers in peer-review journals and reviewers in journals with an impact factor.
