Dr. Shivam Priya is a Postdoctoral Researcher in the Department of Internal Medicine at The Ohio State University, Columbus, USA. He obtained his Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences at the R.M.L Awadh University, India, and a Master of Science in Biotechnology from NDUAT, India. He earned his Ph.D. from the Indian Institute of Toxicology Research, Lucknow, India. He was awarded CSIR-Senior Research Fellowship during his Ph.D. tenure in 2010. His first Postdoctoral research was at the Hebrew University, Jerusalem, Israel. He has been a member of many scientific societies like AACR, and Toxicology Society.

Dr. Priya's research interests are in the field of cancer biology and food toxicology. His present research focuses on thyroid cancer and its signaling pathway. Dr. Priya has vast experience in the field of Melanoma research, toxicogenomic, and cancer biology.
