Dr. Elsa Vitale is an Adjunct Professor in the Nursing Degree Course at the University of Bari, Italy. She holds a Master’s Degree in Nursing and Obstetrics Sciences from the University of Bari, Italy, and a Master’s in Patient Safety Manager from the Jean Monnet University, Casamassima, Bari, Italy. She earned a Ph.D. in Science of health - Morphobiology and cell from the University of Bari, Italy. Member of the Scientific-Technical Society of Nursing Sciences in Mental Health, Italy.

Dr. Elsa Vitale is interested in the research fields that are Functional Foods, nursing activities related to the management of childhood and adolescent obesity, aspects of psycho-neuro-endocrine-psychiatry, the well-being of organizational well-being of nursing.
