I developed my passion in paediatric orthopaedics during my internship at the University of Iowa Hospital and Clinics (IA, USA) Working there, allowed me to get surface-level experience in paediatric orthopaedic- That passion was expanding over the years. 10 years after my internship, I developed my professional activity exclusively in pediatric orthopedics. I completed a fellowship at the Children's Hospital of Los Angeles, in 2014 where I expanded and deepened my knowledge in the field of childhood neuro-orthopedics. The field that I am passionate about. Enriching myself with the knowledge of Dr. Kay and Dr. Ryan in hip and foot surgery. I obtained advanced knowledge by attending the program Islas Baleares University in guide growth. I did my doctoral thesis in the Study of rebound growth after hemiepiphysiodesis . The thesis that has been carried out during my work in the Son Espases Hospital (Mallorca) under the supervision of I Sanpera MD Ph.D. I have never left the research and for 7 years I was part of the research team of UNICS (University of the Balearic Islands) I currently practice my professional activity at Sant Joan De Déu Hospital, (Barcelona, Spain) under the supervision of C. G-Fontecha MD Ph.D. Where I continue with my assistance and research work. The change has helped me to make an exponential leap in my professional career, assuming more complex pathologies and challenges in treatment. I have always thought that changes are opportunities. And you have to take advantage of them Thanks to the swift progress of my bachelor's and master's degrees, it is glowing that studying and doing research are endeavors I would like to engage in even more. The values of Educating in quality, implementing the appropriate curriculum for paediatric orthopaedic surgeons, are basic pillars in my life.
