PhD. Teodora Emilia Coldea occupied between 2008 and 2012 a Food Engineer position in alcoholic beverages private sector. PhD research (2008-2011) – in Biotechnology, and postdoctoral research consisted in application of advanced methods for the study of bioactive compounds in traditional beverages. She has expertise in analyzing different type of vegetal matrices in terms of their bioactivity. Research projects management expertize: team leader of 1 international research project, team leader of 5 national research projects. Team member in international (2) and national research projects (5). Winner of 14 Gold Medals and Diploma of Excellence at International Salon of Research, Innovation and Invention PRO INVENT between 2017-2019 (of which 6 patent applications as main author), 8 Gold Medal at The International Exhibition of Inventics “INVENTICA” Iași 2018-2019. She authored more than 40 publications, of which 20 WoS indexed research papers, 5 with impact factor as main/ corresponding author. She published 4 book chapters at Ed. Academic Press Elsevier (1 book chapter as first author, 1 book chapter as co-author), Ed. In Tech Open (2 book chapters as first author). She is the editor of one international book Ed.
