Dr. Bülent Bayraktar was born in İzmit in 1980. He graduated from the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine University of Atatürk in 2006. I have worked as the Provincial Deputy Director and District Director at the Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Livestock for 19 years. Since 2017, I have been working at Bayburt University, Faculty of Health Sciences, Department of Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation. PhD in TUBITAK project "Native Cattle Races on Serum Β-Carotene Level.
