I am a board certified Vascular and Interventional Radiologist from India, presently at Yale University / Bridgeport Hospital, Bridgeport, Connecticut, USA. I did residency in India from M.S. University & Baroda Medical College & Hospital, Vadodara, Gujarat, India. After my residency, I did two years of Fellowship / Senior Residency at Maulana Azad Medical College & Lok Nayak Jai Prakash Hospital, Shushurata Trauma Center and associated hospitals (MAMC & LNJP), Delhi University, Delhi, India. After my Fellowship/ Senior Residency, I joined as Chief and Head of the Department of Radiology, at Sir Gangaram City Hospital, Delhi, India, which is a tertiary care center specializing in gastrointestinal diseases, liver transplant, kidney transplant and oncologic therapies. I practiced diagnostic and non-vascular interventions there for seven years. Majority of my research work has been in the field of Imaging and Vascular and Interventional radiology. This includes, but not limited to emergency imaging and image guided vascular and non-vascular interventions and oncologic interventions.
My research interest is in the field of Radiology and Interventional radiology, especially Interventional oncology.
