Associate Professor Expert engineer. Hazem Salah Rashdan Nosseir , was born in 1977. He graduated from the Alexandria University, Egypt, Faculty of Agriculture, Agricultural Engineering Department in 1998. Successfully participated in improving the exploitation of natural resources and developing more than 10,000 inhabitants of the North West Coast region of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Under the supervision of experts from the (ICARDA), (ASI / VOCA), (World Bank), the International Development Association (IDA), Matrouh Resource Management Project (MRMP), World Food Program (WFP 5586 Matrouh). Conducted Water balance and hydrological studies at the North-West Coast valleys region of the Arab Republic of Egypt Under the supervision of World Bank and ICARDA Organization consultants. Design of systems for surface irrigation runoff At the North West coast, Installation and operation of meteorological stations and analyse climate data used to calculate the water requirement of the plant and work program at the integrated irrigation and fertilization Centre for Applied Research using the Cropwat Software, Technical supervision for designing and implementing the water harvesting different facilities as dams and reservoirs and wells, participate in a "soil survey research at North-west coast and the related live hood activity in the past" with German mission team from Martin Luther University of Halle-Wittenberg ,Germany. 8/2005 till 5/2007. Now he is leading and managing Environmental projects to improve the green life and cities beautification with a high variety experience is in commercial, residential, municipal and expressway mega projects with budgets of multimillion USD in GCC.
Mr. Hazem Rashdan research interests are natural resources and water harvesting Technologies; Irrigation of Agricultural Crops, climate change ,Soil Erosion and Methods to Combat It.
