Dr. VSRK Ganduri was born at Guntur in India on 04 August 1977. He obtained the Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from National Institute of Technology (NIT), Warangal in 2001 and Master’s degrees in Biotechnology from Anna University, Chennai, in 2004. Then, after Eight years work experience, he registered at the Acharya Nagarjuna University, Guntur, in India in 2012, securing a Ph.D. in Biotechnology in 2016. Dr Ganduri had served as an academician for the past 15 years. At present, he is working in Center for Bioprocess Technology, K L E F, India. He had also undergone project dissertation for one year in Institute of Microbial Technology, Chandigarh, India and gained valuable practical experience. Dr. Ganduri’s research areas cover the modeling, control and optimization of bioprocesses, and applications of edible coatings on fresh produce. Currently, he is carrying out DST-funded project worth of Rs. 12. 49 lakhs. He has also published more than 20 research papers and authored a book and contributed a chapter to a book, also. Dr. Ganduri holds memberships of CASSS, APAS, ISRD, EFB, APCBEES, EBN, IAENG, CCN, etc.
Dr Ganduri’s Research Interests are Fresh Produce Post-Harvest Technologies; Edible Packaging; Biodegradable Films; Biopolysaccharides.
