Dr. Rana Aamir Nawab has completed Bachelor degree in Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, PMAS-Arid Agriculture University Rawalpindi, Pakistan, 2015), M.Phil. in Animal Nutrition (Guangdong Ocean University, China, 2019). Aamir Nawab has humbly received numerous national and international awards & honors. He has authored 2 books and book chapters and > 12 scholarly high-impact publications namely referred articles of scientific nature. He has been selected for Guangdong Ocean University (GDOU) Outstanding Master Student Scholarship 2017 and Guangdong Province Outstanding Scholarship 2018. He has been received certificate for outstanding performance during Master Degree 2016-2019 and Pakistan national day speech competition certificate. He has worked at Rawal Poultry Farm to get practical training of poultry housing, nutrition management, environment management and biosecurity at poultry farm. Author has also worked at disease diagnostic section, Poultry Research Institute (PRI), Rawalpindi where author performed dissections of chickens to investigate the etiological agent and their suitable treatments. As a senior veterinary medical student author has served at veterinary medical teaching hospital (VMTH) at PMAS Arid Agriculture University Rawalpindi, Pakistan during his bachelor study. He serves as an invited reviewer in scientific journals in the field of Animal Nutrition, Animal Physiology, Animal Production, Immunology and Microbiology (Approaches in Poultry, Dairy & Veterinary Sciences (ISSN: 2576-9162, Impact Factor: 0.573)).
Dr. Rana Aamir Research Interests are animal nutrition and feed sciences, livestock production and health, poultry farming, housing and management, immunity and control, veterinary and Animal Agricultural, Medical, Biological, Microbiological, Physiological, Veterinary, Immunological & Pathological and Public Health Sciences.
