Dr. Gamal Ashour worked hard on his self, he visited many countries including United States of America, France, Netherland and Greece to know more about these countries. Additionally, he worked as staff member of Faculty of Agriculture - Cairo University since 1979, and become a professor of animal physiology since 2001 until now. During his tenure as a professor, all the students loved his way in teaching and his unlimited help for them. He provided the students training and work opportunities and help them to develop their cultural and educational skills. He has held many positions including Head of Animal Production – Faculty of Agriculture – Cairo University. He published many research articles and chapters in the field of animal physiology (adaptation, digestion and endocrinology). Actually he is a great professor and graduated many superior students. He is married and lives in Elkhartoum St. No. 2, Elmohandseen, Giza, Egypt.
Dr. Gamal Ashour research interests inlcude Animal Physiology (Ruminant, small ruminant and rabbits), Adaptive Physiology, Digestion Physiology, Endocrinology, Physiology of Lactation, Physiology of Growth, General Physiology.
