Dr. N Fatima is currently a Post-Doctoral Research Fellow in Neurosurgery at Stanford University School of Medicine in Palo Alto CA. She is a graduate of King Edward Medical University, which is one of the prestigious university of Pakistan and well-known all over the world. She has won multiple research prizes on topics ranging from Neurocritical Care including trauma and stroke, to brain tumors. Dr. Fatima has always remained an active member of different professional organizations related to Neurology and Neurosurgery. Dr. Fatima has written several research articles on topics related to Trauma, Stroke and Brain Tumors, and is writing book chapter on brain tumors. Her current research is on the role of Stereotactic Radiosurgery in Brain Tumors, and the impact of pial collaterals in acute ischemic stroke.
