Dr. Nabi Solangi is a veterinary practitioner/ orator/ writer/ reviewer, completed is undergraduate (DVM) studies from Sindh Agriculture University Tandojam, Pakistan, and received his post graduate degree (M Phil) in Veterinary Physiology from same university. To date he has written 3 booklets on different aspects of animal science including animal husbandry, epidemiology, therapeutics and bovine artificial insemination, various articles, papers, reports, he also reviewed one booklet of animal husbandry, presented papers/abstracts in national and international conferences. He has honor of being founder and editor in chief of newly created research journal named Sindh Journal of Animal Research (SJAR), SJAR (ISSN requested) is peer review, online journal managed by Sindh Animal Research Foundation (SARF). He has leading role in research project and guided many M Phil candidates in their work. He is also member of editorial board for science magazine created by Pakistan Veterinary Medical Association Sindh.
Dr. Nabi Solangi has focus on several aspects of animal physiology specially related to reproductive physiology including gynecology, artificial insemination and embryo transfer. His special interest is to understand the difference between phenomenon of estrus and fertilization in bovines specially Bos indicus and Bubalus bubalis (water buffalo) as there is very limited literature present over these breeds which results in low production due to lower conception rates.
